The evaluation procedure:
Since 2007, the evaluation procedure has changed:
ANONIMVL Foundation appoints the president of the jury for a period of six years.
There are four members of the jury, one for each domain. Such members are elected by the president and they hold a 3 year mandate.
A person may be again a member of the jury only after 3 years starting from the moment when they cease to hold such position.
The members of the jury may candidate for the Great Award after two years starting from the moment when they cease to hold such position.
The winners cannot be nominated again and cannot be members of the jury in the following year.
The nominees who do not win the Great Award may be nominated after two years.
The members of the jury make three proposals for each section (Opera Prima, respectively Opera Omnia) for the domain they represent.
The decisions of the jury are made by simple majority voting or by secret ballot in the awarding evening. The festivity takes place at PROMETHEVS Club (P-ta Natiunile Unite nr. 3-5, sector 4 - phone 336 66 38 or 336 66 78).
In case of ballotage, the vote of the president is decisive.
